There is one quote form, at SellUsedRAM.com, the buyback desk of Atlas ITAD LLC. Whether the lot is one box or a pallet, request the quote there.
The steps
From a list of part numbers to payment.

Make a list
Part numbers, quantities and condition. Photos of the labels work too.

Request the quote
Use the quote form at SellUsedRAM.com. A larger lot can be described in its free-text field.

Review the written quote
The offer arrives in writing. Nothing needs to ship until you accept it.

Ship on our label
You receive a purchase order for the lot and a prepaid shipping label, free in all 50 states. For pallet-size lots we arrange and pay for the freight.

Inspection, then payment
The lot is inspected on arrival. Payment follows by ACH, wire, Zelle, PayPal or check.
Where the prices are
The prices we pay are published every week on SellUsedRAM.com. Those figures are indicative; the written quote is the offer. They are kept in one place, so this site does not reproduce them.
Before the lot ships
Three things to do first.
- Your data
- Back up and remove your data before shipping any drive. That step is the seller's.
- The contents
- Ship what was quoted: the part numbers and quantities on the written quote.
- A packing list
- Include one. It is compared with the lot on arrival.
